What is the duration of the program?
The program includes three structured practices aimed at natural weight management. You may learn them back-to-back or at a pace that feels comfortable, within a span of three months.
If I have already learned one practice, can I learn the others?
Yes, participants who have already completed one practice may enrol individually for the remaining practices. Angamardana and Yogasanas can be learned separately. Surya Shakti is taught as a preparatory practice for Surya Kriya as part of the Surya Practices program. Please check the details.
