These sessions are open to those who have already completed Isha Hatha Yoga programs like Upa Yoga, Angamardana, Surya Kriya, Surya Shakti or Yogasanas.

The review session helps refresh, restart, and deepen your practice while correcting errors under the guidance of a certified Sadhguru Gurukulam Hatha Yoga teacher. 

The session includes a guided practice, correction of unconscious habits, answering questions in a commited & consecrated space.

It allows you to refine your practice, eliminate mistakes, reignite motivation, and improve the quality of your practice in a supportive environment.

There is no set frequency, but attending periodically helps refresh and refine your practice, especially if you’ve paused or feel your practice quality has declined.
