Beginners Program:
The Yogasanas Beginners program is conducted over 5 days, with each session lasting 2 hours. This adds up to a total of 10 hours of immersive practice, offering a solid foundation in classical yogic postures.Advanced Program:
The Advanced Yogasanas program is spread across 6 days, with each session lasting approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes. This amounts to 14 hours of in-depth instruction, allowing participants to deepen their experience and refine their practice.

The program is open to anyone aged 14 and above. No prior experience with yoga is required.
The following individuals should not participate at this time:
- Pregnant women
- Anyone who has had major open surgery in the last 6 months
- Anyone who has had laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks
