Yogasanas taught by us are unique because they are not focused on physical fitness alone. They are a profound process to align your body, mind, and energy with the celestial geometry, fostering deep well-being. This alignment with existence brings health, joy, and bliss, offering transformative benefits beyond typical yoga practices.

The Yogasanas program spans 6 days, with each session lasting 2 hours and 20 minutes. In total, the program offers 14 hours of in-depth practice, providing ample time for participants to learn and integrate the postures and experience the full benefits of the practice.

The program is open to anyone aged 14 and above. No prior experience with yoga is required.

The following individuals should not participate at this time:

  • Pregnant women
  • Anyone who has had major open surgery in the last 6 months
  • Anyone who has had laparoscopic surgery in the last 6 weeks

The Yogasanas program offers a powerful sequence of postures that prepare you for meditation and higher possibilities. Each session includes insights from Sadhguru, deepening your understanding of Yogasanas. Taught as a transmission rather than just instructions, this program fosters a profound connection with the practice and its benefits.

If you forget the practice, post-program support includes one-day review sessions to refresh your knowledge and ensure you’re confidently practicing. These reviews help reinforce key aspects of the techniques.
